1. Applicability
1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements and transactions between SUPERREBEL GEAR and its customers, both in the physical store and online.
2. Orders
2.1 Orders are final after confirmation by SUPERREBEL GEAR. 2.2 SUPERREBEL GEAR reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders, for example in case of insufficient stock.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1 All prices are stated in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs.
3.2 Payment must be made via the payment methods offered during the ordering process.
3.3 SUPERREBEL GEAR reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.
4. Delivery
4.1 Delivery will take place at the address specified by the customer. 4.2 The delivery period is indicative. Delays do not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation of the order.
5. Returns and Exchanges
5.1 Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt.
5.2 Returned products must be unused, undamaged and with original labels.
5.3 The costs for return shipping are for the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Warranty
6.1 The statutory warranty applies to all SUPERREBEL GEAR products.
6.2 Complaints must be reported in writing as soon as possible, but no later than 7 days after receipt of the products.
7. Privacy
7.1 Personal data will be treated confidentially and will only be used to process orders and provide information about SUPERREBEL GEAR activities.
8. Liability
8.1 SUPERREBEL GEAR is not liable for damage caused by use of the delivered products.
8.2 The total liability of SUPERREBEL GEAR is limited to the amount that the customer has paid for the product in question.
9. Applicable law
All agreements between SUPERREBEL GEAR and the customer are governed by Dutch law.
